Newsletter Privacy Policy
This information is provided pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003 (“Privacy Code”).
Rubeus’s newsletter is forwarded to all the registered users by whom it is expressly requested by filling the form present on the page available on the website
http//www.rubeusmilano.com/pages/signup (the “Website”) of Rubeus S.r.l., a company incorporated under the laws of Italy, with registered office at Via Bigli no. 2, 20121 – Milan, Italy,
registered with the Companies Register of Milan at no. MI - 2093204, Tax Code no. 09481440965 (hereinafter “Rubeus”), and by authorizing Rubeus to process the personal data so supplied
(“Data”). Providing Data is optional. The refusal to provide Data will make it impossible to access the newsletter service freely offered by Rubeus to the registered users.
1. Purposes of the processing
The Data will not be disclosed to the public and may be communicated, exclusively in order to forward newsletters, to the categories of subjects, which are detailed below, established within the European Union:
i) people, companies, associations or professional firms that provide services or activities of assistance and advise to Rubeus, with particular (but not only) reference to issues in accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters;
ii) subjects who have the right to access said Data as recognized either by law and/or by order of the authorities.
The Data may be communicated, exclusively for the purposes of maintenance and running of the Website. Furthermore, the internal personnel of Rubeus, in charge of the processing, may have direct access to personal Data, as designated by Rubeus for the execution of certain processing operations connected with and instrumental to the management of orders and to the shipment of products ordered by you through the Website, or in the execution of maintenance activities of the technological part of the Site.
2. Methods of processing
The Data are processed through information technology tools.
Rubeus take all the security measures to prevent the loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access to the Data.
3. Data Controller
Data Controller is Rubeus S.r.l., a single member company incorporated under the laws of Italy, with registered office at Via Bigli no. 2, 20121 – Milan, Italy, registered with the Companies Register of Milan at no. MI - 2093204, Tax Code no. 09481440965 in the person of its legal representative.
4. Responsible for data processing
If necessary, for activities related to the maintenance of the technological part of the Website, the Data related to the newsletter service can be processed by persons in charge by Rubeus under the terms and conditions described in paragraph 1.
5. Rights of the parties involved
According to the article 7 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the users to whom the Data is related have the right to acknowledge, at any time, whether or not such Data exists, its content, regardless of its being already recorded, and to receive its intelligible communication. Users have the right to know the source of such Data, check its accuracy and to obtain the integration, updating or rectification of the Data. Pursuant to article mentioned above, users have the right to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of Data being processed in violation of the laws, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to its processing.

6. Cancellation of the service
Registered users have the right to unsubscribe for free from the newsletter service offered by Rubeus by writing specially cancellation request to the following e-mail address
